Third grade had so many wonderful guest readers this week! A big thank you to all of them!

We finished off Dr. Seuss week with The Sleep Book! It's always fun to wear pajamas to school!

1st grade wrapped up Dr. Seuss week with The Sleep Book!

During Dr. Seuss Week, we’re reminded of the importance of learning and curiosity — not just in the classroom, but in understanding how decisions at the state level impact our schools.
Do you know how tax bills and budget decisions affect school funding in our district?
Staying informed about committee hearings, tax legislation, and funding discussions helps our community better understand what shapes small school operations.
We encourage families to follow along and seek reliable information.

Today's theme was On Beyond Zebra by Dr. Seuss. Here's a few of our students and staff showing off their black and white outfits.

Who knew learning to count could be so fashionable? 😉 To mark the 100th day of school, our students became designers for the day! They worked hard creating vests decorated with 100 items—from pom-poms to stickers to googly eyes! 👀 After all the hard work, we wrapped up with a celebratory fashion show. It was wonderful to see their confidence shine as they walked the runway. Great job, Pre-K and K! ❤️

More twin day fun for Dr. Seuss week!

Two (and sometimes three) is better than one! The elementary students and staff had fun celebrating Twin Day for Dr. Seuss week!

We kicked off Dr. Seuss week with crazy sock day!

Verona Elementary, Dr. Seuss Week is upon us!

Tomorrow is the FFA Cornhole Tournament & Fish Fry! Come on out to the new gym to support our kids and to have fun.

It was such a fun filled week in Mrs. Shook's class! We planted clover in pots that will hopefully sprout by St. Patricks Day, learned through play, and celebrated the 100th day of school.

Preschool had so much fun on the 100th day of school!

1st grade celebrated the 100th day of school today.

The 100th day of school was a blast in 3rd grade! We made pictures out of the number 100, we searched for 100 Hershey kisses in the classroom, we did Fruit Loop math and made necklaces, we put together 100 piece puzzles, and we enjoyed a parade by some of our little Wildcats.

Happy 100 Days of School from the 3rd grade Math Club!
