Verona High School will be hosting a Veterans Appreciation Breakfast Tuesday, November 9th at 9:00 am in the school cafeteria. It will be followed by a Veterans appreciation assembly at 10:00 am. Veterans of every branch are welcome to attend! Thank you for your service!

It's getting cold outside! Please make sure that your student is properly dressed when coming to school. Our students will go outside for recess when the temperature is 32* or above. The exceptions are when it's raining or snowing.

We are Verona Elementary, and We apologize! Having said that, we have a good chance of weather being a problem on Wednesday again. We are changing our trip...again. This time we are going to go inside and forget trying to do something outdoors. We will be taking two trips (Grades 4-6 on Wednesday and K-3 on Thursday) to Jump Mania in Springfield. We will be there all day, please make sure your students get to school on time. We MUST have the waivers signed by a parent for the student to go. These are coming home today! They must also have socks. No additional money is needed for this trip. We will eat our lunch in their party rooms. It’s going to be fun!!
