Mrs. Phillips' 3rd graders learned about the events of 9/11 and why today is called Patriot Day.

We had so much fun in class this week exploring through play! Learning through play not only kept everyone engaged and excited but helped build problem-solving skills, creativity, and collaboration in a natural, fun way.

This morning, we were honored to celebrate Grandparents Day with a special pancake breakfast! 🥞💜💛

We are so thankful for all the grandparents who joined us to make this morning such a warm and memorable occasion. Your presence created lasting memories for your grandchildren, and it was a joy to see the smiles, hugs, and laughter filling the room.

What a week in kindergarten! We had a blast with writing our numbers in shaving cream and making fantastic letter P hats. To top it all off, we celebrated our great choices with a thrilling bubble party! So proud of these little learners. 🌟🧢🔢🫧

What a ‘T’-rrific Tuesday! 🧸 Our little learners had a magical Teddy Bear T Party this week. We practiced our prewriting strokes and built the letter T with tasty Teddy Grams, made royal crowns, and enjoyed a special tea time with our favorite furry guests. It was a truly beary wonderful day!

The first week of school in Mrs. Shook’s class has been packed with fun, discovery, and a love for learning!

Third grade did their first STEM activity today. Students wrote letters to their teachers and had to design a way to transport them down the zipline to the teacher's desk. They had so much fun!

This incredible honor celebrates her unwavering commitment and passion for students and for business education. Mrs. Senninger has just begun her 47th year in education, and her dedication continues to inspire both her students and colleagues every single day.

We are truly beyond blessed to have such a remarkable educator leading our Business program here in Verona. 💛💜
