The Verona Toy Drive in going on now through December 20th! This is a great opportunity to give your gently used stuffed animals new life by donating them to kids in crisis throughout our community. All stuffed animals will be cleaned and donated to local first responders to help comfort kids in crisis. You can drop off your gently used stuffed animals in drop boxes at the Verona Elementary and High School Offices. Mrs Phillips' class has been studying exteme weather. Today they built structures and tested them to see if they could withstand an earthquake.
Mrs. Trenary's 6th graders participated in discovery stations today focusing on weathering, erosion, and deposition.
Mrs. Rodenberg's 5th graders are hard at work on their ecosystems. They are a creative bunch! We can't wait to see the final results!
