All incoming Kindergartners, 8th, and 12th graders are required by the state of Missouri to receive vaccines unless religious or medical exemptions are submitted and current.

The CoxMobile is down due to overheating. Everyone needing to get sports physicals and/or vaccines will be seen by the Cox staff in the Nurse's Office at school tomorrow. Come through the HS Office doors.

Attention all 9-12th Graders:
Verona Wildcats High School Fall Baseball season starts August 12th. The start time is yet to be determined.
Current sports physical is needed before the first day of practice.

Cox Health will be conducting sports physicals at the school on August 6th!
Your child will need a sports physical if:
Your child's sports physical was completed during the 2022-2023 sports season or before.
If your child has had a health concern over the past year that could affect their participation in sports.
If your child is interested in participating in any school-sanctioned athletic sport. Including basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, cheerleading, golf, and track.
If your child is entering 4th grade and would like to participate in Elementary Basketball.

**If a parent/guardian is not able to be present, students may get a sports physical as long as the "parent portion" of this form has been completed by the parent before the physical.
