We are in our seventh week of face to face school. At this particular moment, all of our quarantined students are due to close contact with a person that tested positive for Covid-19. Furthermore, of the very few people that have tested positive, all have recovered. At this moment, there are no active cases in our school district to our knowledge. I keep referring to “this moment” because things can change quickly. We are doing our best to comply with the local county health departments, while maintaining the privacy of our students and staff. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Verona families per district procedure, we will rely on the health department to notify families if their student(s) were in contact with someone that had been determined to be positive for COVID. We are in cooperation with the health department to make those determinations; however, only the health department will make those types of contacts. Thank you.

Parents, please remember to send your student to school with their mask. It is an expectation of school procedures for them to ride the bus and enter the building. We hand out masks on a daily basis to those who forget; however, we are running low. If you have an over abundance of the white clothe masks feel free to send those back to school. We can wash and sanitize them. Thank you so much for your support!

Elementary Students of the week are Tavia Lechner and Sophie Keim! Congratulations!!!
