During the Awards Assembly on Thursday, we celebrated many wonderful accomplishments in academics and attendance for our Kindergarten through 3rd grade students.

Mrs. Conaway challenged her students and they went above and beyond! For every point they went up in NWEA, they got to place a temporary tattoo on her. They put 200 on her!! Great job Wildcats!
The final days of school have been very busy in 3rd grade. We performed our countries' dances, enjoyed games and movies with our classmates, and spent our classroom cash on fun prizes. Today, we celebrated all of their hard work at the awards assembly!

🌟 Verona Elementary School – May Students of the Month! 🌟
As we come to the close of another wonderful school year, we are proud to recognize our May Students of the Month! These students have worked hard all year long to demonstrate our PBIS expectations through positive choices, respectful behavior, responsibility, and kindness toward others.
The month of May is a special time to reflect on just how much our students have grown—not only academically, but also as leaders, friends, and role models within our school community. From the first day of school to now, these students have blossomed with confidence, determination, and compassion, and we could not be more proud of their progress.
We are thankful for the positive example they set each day and for the joy and encouragement they bring to Verona Elementary. Their growth and success are a reminder of what can happen when students work hard, support one another, and continue striving to do their best.
Please join us in congratulating our amazing May Students of the Month! 💜🐾
Way to go, Wildcats! Keep shining and continue carrying those great PBIS expectations with you wherever you go!

Huge huge shout out to Kyler and the Ag program for building our volleyball program a setting target! He worked super hard on it during his Ag Construction class and it turned out amazing! Thanks so much Kyler!

When you can't spend the afternoon at the park because of the rain, you play board games in the classroom instead!
